We are pleased to announce the availability of subscriber surplus refunds in 2011! The refund plan 11 in 11 began with all Jan. 1, 2011 renewals. For those subscribers who have adequate funds in their subscriber surplus account, a check equal to 11 percent of the 2011 renewal premium will be refunded. The refunds will be issued approximately 90 days after coverage has been bound. Remember this will not be another discount on your premium, but an actual check!
